Enchant Event
From
July 27, 11:00 Server Time until August 2, 11:00 Server Time
the Enchant Success chance is doubled, the Soulcraft
Success chance is normal.
Summer EXP Event
Until August 2, 11:00 Server Time Sunflowers are falling from the
sky and give an EXP bonus.
Additionally during the whole Summer Event there will be an EXP Bonus of
1.5x on Mondays to Thursdays and a Bonus of 2.5x on Fridays to Sundays.
DragonSaga Evolved Update
This update includes changes to various areas of the game. Which
areas are affected and what has been changed is explained in the following
sections.
Galaxy Dungeon
Protector of Stars Gear and Weapon
· Two of the three grades of the Protector of Stars Sets and
Weapons have been removed. The [Hero] Version of the Protector of Stars
Sets and Weapons remain and have been renamed by removing the grade tag
[Hero] from the item names. Protector of Stars items of the old grades
being equipped or residing in the inventory are automatically replaced by
the new ones. This means the update will break 3-4 or 3-3 builds. However
the Enchants/Socketed Cards and Soulcraft Effects remain untouched.
· A change to the new Protector of Stars set is, that the
set stats previously given when equipped 3 parts of the set and 4 parts of
the set have been swapped.
· PoS Set Items and PoS Weapons can not longer be transferred
through the Account Vault.
· The PoS Weapon and PoS Back item can still be re-created at NPC
Shady. If given the current PoS Weapons resp. PoS Back item you will get
back the ingredient you need (Concentrated Black Dragon Lord Heart
[Weapon]resp. Ripped Protector Wing) to create a new one.
· The new PoS Items can be created at NPC Crete like it was
before. The materials needed to create the PoS Items have changed.
Important!The Valor Quests at Dr. Tesler have been
removed. The Protector of Stars Items are no longer eligible to get a
[Normal] Fifth Hero Set.

All materials needed to create Protector of Stars Items are no longer
tradable or sellable. The materials can still be shared through the
account vault.
This change affects the following materials:

· all Star Fragments (including all zodiac sign named ones)
· Concentrated Serpent's Force

Galaxy Skill Socket Cards
The way how Galaxy Skill Socket Cards can be obtained has changed. The
cards can no longer be obtained from NPC Crete and do not longer rely on
Galaxy Dungeon Materials. The Skill Card drop has been removed from the
Galaxy Dungeon.
All Galaxy Skill Cards have been replaced by new ones. They no longer have
different "card levels" which means only one variation for each card is now
existing.
The cards can now be obtained at NPC Shady.
To get the first card (Skill Level +1) you need to exchange a new
ingredient called Zodiac Element Stone. One Zodiac Element Stone is needed
for the first card. For the next card (Skill Level +2) you need to trade 2
of the previous card (Skill Level +1) cards, for the Skill Level +3 card
you need to trade 3x Skill Level +2 Cards and so on. The Zodiac Element
Stone is only needed to obtain the Skill Level +1 Card.
Zodiac Element Stone
A Zodiac Element Stone can be obtained from NPC Shady by exchanging Zodiac
Elements Fragments.
Zodic Nature, Fire, Dark and Ice Fragments
The Zodiac Element Fragments can be gotten by doing a repeatable quest you
can start at NPC Shady (remote accept and complete is possible). NPC Shady
will ask to slay bosses in Expert Mode Dungeons. One boss per Zodiac
Element Fragment. 4 Quests are available:
You will get 2 of the particular Zodiac Element Fragments when the quest is
completed.
To obtain a Zodiac Element Stone you need all kind of Zodiac Element
Fragments to trade.
NPC Shady offers 4 different "speeds" to obtain one Zodiac
Element Stone.

To extract an already socketed Zodiac Skill Card (new Version) Zodiac
Element Stones are required.
Important Behavior Changes
· The old Zodiac Skill Cards can't be extracted anylonger, they
remain on your gear until you oversocket them
· The old Zodiac Skill Cards which are used for rings can still
stack their levels (having a Skill +2 and another Skill +2 card for the
same skill on both ring slots it will result in Skill +4). This behavior
has changed. If you mix an old card and a new card of the same skill or put
2 new cards of the same skill on ring items on both slots the Skill
increase does not stack. Instead the higher one will be used.
· The Zodiac Skill Cards can no longer be sold/traded.They still
can be shared through the Account Vault.
Old Skill Cards residing in the inventories are automatically replaced
by the new cards.
Dungeon of Destiny
Dr.Tesler Changes
The Valor quest line (the one where you were able to show Dr.
Tesler your PoS set and got a [Normal] Fifth Hero Grade set) has been
removed. The possibility to show Dr. Tesler you Ice Dragon Set to get the
[Normal] Fifth Hero Grade Set remains.
The Fifth Hero Set trade has been removed from NPC Tesler. Instead after
completing the Destiny Questline, Dr. Tesler's Brother Sasha Tesler appears
and offers the trade.
Essences of Destiny
The Essence of Mirinae, Essence of Skype, Essence of Parmir,
Essence of Belkan and Essence of Destiny are now obsolete. They have been
removed from the Boss drops. They can no longer be traded or sold but sold
to an NPC Shop for a bit of silver.
Instead you can now obtain a Polluted Essence of Destiny by doing a
repeatable quest you can get from PeriBot-5 (the quest can be remote
accepted and remote completed). After defeating Destiny and completing the
quest PeriBot-5 gives you one Polluted Essence of Destiny.
To obtain the Fifth Hero Set at NPC Sasha Tesler you need to get Polluted
Essences (for the [Normal] Grade Set) resp. Concentrated Essences for the
other 2 grades.
The Concentrated Essences can be gotten from NPC PeriBot-5's Trade Menu.
Like NPC Shady Peribot-5 offers 2 ways to obtain Concentrated Essences.
The completely free Way
You can get 1 Concentrated Essence by exchanging 3 Polluted
Essences for it.
The quick Way
You can get 1 Concentrated Essence by exchanging 1 Polluted Essence
and 1 Essence Purifier for it.
The Essence Purifier can be purchased in the Item Mall.
Chaos Energy Dust
When killing Destiny there is a rare chance Destiny rewards you
with 10x Chaos Energy Dust (1% chance per given reward) or 15x Chaos Energy
Dust (0.25% chance per given reward).
150 of the Chaos Energy Dust can be exchanged at PeriBot-5 for 1 Polluted
Essence of Destiny.
The Chaos Energy Dust can be sold in the open market by characters
Level 50+. This is a new form of a trade item which can only be sold
once.The moment someone bought it it turns into an unsellable
and untradable item. So be careful to only buy the amount you need on
the character to want it.

One Week Transition Phase for Dungeon of Destiny Essences

Essences can be traded for 1 Polluted Essence each at PeriBot-5. You will
get 1 Polluted Essence if you trade one of these:
· 100x Essence of Mirinae
· 80x Essence of Skypie
· 10x Essence of Parmir
· 5x Essence of Belkan
· 3x Essence of Destiny
Sasha Tesler
Dr. Tesler's brother Sasha is now offering the trade for the Fifth
Hero Sets after completing the Destiny questline.
Normal Grade Fifth Hero Sets
Hat, Top, Bottom, Shoulders, Gloves and Shoes need 2 Polluted
Essences and 20 Essences of Chaos to be obtained.
Back and Weapon Items need 3 Polluted Essences and 30 Essences of Chaos to
be obtained.
Advanced Grade Fifth Hero Sets
Hat, Top, Bottom, Shoulders, Gloves and Shoes need 2 Concentrated
Essences, 40 Essences of Chaos and the particular Normal Grade Item to be
obtained.
Back and Weapon Items need 4 Concentrated Essences, 60 Essences of Chaos and
the particular Normal Grade Item to be obtained.
Hero Grade Fifth Hero Sets
Hat, Top, Bottom, Shoulders, Gloves and Shoes need 3 Concentrated
Essences, 75 Essences of Chaos and the particular Advanced Grade Item to be
obtained.
Back and Weapon Items need 5 Concentrated Essences, 100 Essences of Chaos
and the particular Normal Grade Item to be obtained.
Recreation of the [Hero] Fifth Hero Back and Weapon Items
To recreate the [Hero] Fifth Hero Back or Weapon you need to
exchange 8 Concentrated Essences, 150 Essences of Chaos and the current
particular Hero Grade Item.
Fifth Hero Bracelet of the Fallen Update
When you equip a [Legendary] soulcrafted Fifth Hero Bracelet of
the Fallen and you are wearing 5 parts of the [Hero] Fifth Hero Set of your
class, the [Hero] Fifth Hero Set stats are doubled. It does not matter
which 5 parts of the set you're wearing.
Port of the Winds – Windy Farm
The "Gathering Permission"
With this update it is no longer possible to gather materials on
the Windy Farm limitless. To be able to gather materials on the Windy Farm
you first need to complete a repeatable quest you can get from NPC Midas.
After completing the quest, Midas will give you a gather permission with
which you are able do gather materials AFK on the Windy Farm for 1:30h (the
clock does not count down while you are offline). After 1:30h it is not
longer possible to gather any materials unless you complete Midas' quest
again.
It is not possible to stack the effect.
The quests are differently for specific level ranges. You need to kill the
end boss of a given mission map X times (depends on the mission map).
You need to do the quest solo! It will not complete when the
boss is killed in a party. Also you must not be in a solo party. The
party must be disbanded before entering the mission map.
The missions are as follows:
Level 20-29: Kill Alvida 8 Times
Level 30-39: Kill Lord of the Knight 8 Times
Level 40-49: Kill Queen Vella 10 Times
Level 50-59: Kill Burlune 10 Times
Level 60-69: Kill Alexandre 12 Times
Level 70-79: Kill Kasharp 12 Times
Level 80+: Kill Harkon 14 Times
Change: When gathering materials no fatigue is used up anymore.
Soulcraft Shift and Enchant Shift Behavior Change
Enchant Shift
It is no longer possible to shift enchant grades between Gear and
Item Mall items.
Enchants can still be shifted between two Gear Items or two Item Mall Items
respectively.
Soulcraft Shift
It is no longer possible to shift soulcraft effects between Gear
and Item Mall items.
The created Soulforce Capsule "remembers" the item Type the soulcraft
effects are coming from and can only be injected into the same item type
(Gear or Item Mall respectively).
This change affects all Soulforce Capsules created after this maintenance
finished. Soulforce capsules created before today's maintenance can still
be universally injected.
How to identify for which type a Soulforce Capsule is
A soulforce capsule which holds soulcraft effects for a regular
gear item states Gear as target type. It can only be injected to
regular gear.
A soulforce capsule which holds soulcraft effects for an Item Mall item
states IM Gear as target type. It can only be injected to Item Mall
Items.
If a soulforce capsule does not state any Target Type it is an old
Soulforce Capsule which can be injected universally.
One-Time Sellable Items
We have introduced a new type of sellable Items: One-Time Sellable Items
This means that if you get items you will only be able to sell them once
through the open market.
As soon as someone purchased them from you they will be unsellable for the
buyer.
Currently the following items are now One-Time Sellable Items:
· Neve's Magic Essence
· Sword of the Fallen
· Chaos Energy Dust
· Essence Purifier (Item Mall)
How to identify if an item can be still sold or not
An item which can be sold once has a $ symbol at the lower left corner. The
tooltip also states that it can be sold once. An item which already has
been sold once and cannot be sold again has a crossed out $ symbol and the
tooltip states that it cannot be sold again as red text.
Known Missing Things
New texts we added are not localized yet. We will localize the texts by the
next regular maintenance. Until then the new texts appear in English
language.
